I can’t add the Bitbox to “Global Configs” either. Am I getting the same error?

In the Global Configs have you made sure to unselect/deselect the Device Identity, i.e. that the entire USB port gets mapped to the Qube instead of device specific?

@injaki Thank you so much. I missed the fact, that you can choose the Device specifically, but unselected the button itself at the same time. That way is working fine. Thank you! @Peter That way is working.

Does anybody know if this is way has risks in terms of security?

Can everyone that is having this issue, share what was asked on the github thread?

  1. Did you use GUI or CLI to attach device?
  2. Show the output of qvm-usb ls after step 3 and qvm-usb info <device> (for related device).

The “step 3” relates to the “Steps to reproduce” on that thread.
