Qubes is EXTREMELY slow on very new p1 gen 5 lenovo laptop

I have Intel i9-12900K and cpu frequency scaling works for me on Qubes 4.1 current-testing with kernel-latest. When I change cpufreq governor to performance then I’m getting the maximum cpu frequency (5 GHz) and have the same performance as bare-metal debian in tests: xenpm set-scaling-governor performance

Kernel-latest 5.17.5 works for me. With newest kernel-latest 5.17.7 I’m getting graphics artefacts with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770: You can get latest Qubes build with kernel 5.17.5 from here: https://openqa.qubes-os.org/tests/39523/asset/iso/Qubes-20220507-kernel-latest-x86_64.iso No I didn’t try it.
