Qubes Global Settings won't open

I’m currently having an issue where the Qubes Global Settings is not opening.
I get the error:

QubesException: Cannot detect enabled dom0 update repositories at line 11 of file /usr/bin/qubes-global-settings

Looking for some tips on how to troubleshoot and fix.
