Fedora 37 templates available for testing

Dear Qubes Testers, Fedora 37 templates are now available for testing (see issue #7807). As usual, you can find them in the qubes-templates-itl-testing repository. As always, your feedback will be invaluable in helping us determine when to release the stable version of this template to the broader Qubes userbase and whether there any bugs that need to be fixed before that happens.
