Qubes-Backup-Restore Ignoring Arguments?

After reading qvm-backup-restore – Restores Qubes VMs from backup — Qubes Admin client mm_581531cc-0-g581531c documentation , I tried doing qubes-backup-restore --dest-vm sys-backup /home/user/backups/ --passphrase-file ./restore-passphrase, however, it still pops up the gui with the qube set to dom0, not sys-backup, and it still says it needs a passphrase.

Any ideas what’s going on?

The command line tool is called qvm-backup-restore, but qubes-backup-restore is the GUI tool (and it seems to ignore all arguments).
