However highly wanted people cant be protected.

Famously, Snowden used Qubes and wasn’t caught by the NSA, so it is possible to achieve a reasonable (not perfect) security with this OS.

They are almost impossible to detect too because all the documentation of code is hidden from the public eye.

So where are the known cases when such an exploit was used?
