Is there any significant benefit to having separate qubes for visiting different websites

This specifically: if you’re not carefully and selectively blocking cookies, then you can easily be tracked across websites. You could use temporary containers, or dispvms, or both if you’re extra paranoid.

What advantage is there in having a qube dedicated to a particular website or having a separate qube for your password vault.

Even though minimal templates are, ceteris paribus , more secure, I contend that most novice users shouldn’t try to use them.

The bulk of the benefit comes from using Qubes at all , even in its default configuration. Everything after that is of comparatively minor benefit.
