Qubes OS team does not provide private or individual support because this is a community effort to help people each others. I would like to notify that people requesting support in private message to any member of the Qubes team will be ignored. We may have most of the answers but more generally, the great community of Qubes OS does too. We help people here or on Google lists when we can (seriously we are really doing our best to resolve issues and to give user support as soon as possible).
If anyone as individual, group or corporation would like specific and undisclosed support, Invisible Things Lab provides such professional and paid service. In such case, please contact @marmarek as part of the company.
