Powered down laptop mid-update of Tor Browser, can't use Tor Browser anymore

To be clear: in other app qubes based on the same default Whonix template qube, I am still ok. Basically, I hit the button to update Tor Browser, and half a second later, before it could complete, the laptop turned off.

To turn on Tor Browser again, I get this error:

ERROR: Tor Browser ended with non-zero (error) exit code!

Tor Browser was started with:

/home/user/.tb/tor-browser/Browser/start-tor-browser --verbose --allow-remote .

Tor Browser exited with code: 127

To see this for yourself, you could try:
Start Menu → System → Xfce Terminal
Then run:
torbrowser
See online documentation:
Tor Browser Essentials

I am able to use other services in the same app qube, however. My efforts to troubleshoot so far have been thwarted, which is to say, what I’ve tried hasn’t worked.

I don’t want to port over too much other stuff from the same qube, which was a bit of software installed as well. Any help salvaging this situation will be appreciated. Basically, trying this method… Tor Browser Essentials – The problem is I don’t know where exactly I ought to be deleting Tor Browser? Should it be in the template qube for Whonix? Should it be in this specific app qube? What is the best method, that won’t get me into more hot water?

Documentation has been improved just now (thorough use of wiki table and whatnot):
