So, to this saga of posts, I will apologize for. However, this time, I’m sure – my secondary GPU is 04:00.0 and 04:00.1. That much is confirmed, and has been hidden successfully. I’ve attempted to qubes-create-windows-qube and create a windows qube with that, then pass through the gpu, in hopes for it to work. It pops up with “the guest has not initialized the display” on the windows system for a brief second then closes with the error “Connection reset by peer”. I’ve been trying to figure this out for several days and would appreciate any help.
Will it boot if you lower the qube memory to 1 GB?
If yes then did you follow the guide and applied the patch?
Or 800 MiB.
