I noticed that for some reason this time I do not have a sys-usb; they are all attached to dom0 (and I did not change any settings for it in the post-install). I did uncheck the box for personal , work, and vault

Another oddity - the clock was off by around 8 hours even though it had Internet during install and I set the timezone correctly during install:

This error was VERY weird, as it almost seemed like this user over here was potentially having the same strange issue - where they would try reinstalling literally at a different time of day e.g. 9AM instead of 9PM! Perhaps this is a bunch of HocusPocusCoincidence, but…

Installing sys-usb is periodic time for anyone. In order to fully install sys-usb, delete the sys-usb then reinstall it at daytime. This way, it can install it properly. If this happens again, then you need to reconfigure your server to allow that happen. Why? Installing sys-usb might need go out to the internet to the server for the scripts. Otherwise, I will tag @unman, @deeplow, or @Sven for that troubleshoot.

I’m not saying those too much. Basically, the ways of this sys-usb installation, just from experience, that parts of the time, AKA timezone, where they live might effects the installation of sys-usb. The main thing of these installation failure is the CPU encoding fault. Due to this, volatility of these installation failed and need to try again due to machine’s difference from the previous experience. TPM with unknown status might occur when this happens. For servers, this is very different as they need to have sys-gui-vnc (HIGHLY DISCOURAGE) installed in their machines. Thus, this may have some attacks unless they separated them with sub-nets.
