When it happens, all Qubes are killed and dom0 becomes non-operational. I run mostly stock BIOS settings and had no issues before. It occurs under load—when I run many qubes or perform updates. I’ve tried different SSD slots and multiple restarts.

Resetting bios resolved the issue
