Untill now, i did not get any response from German custom. Still hope to get my money back…I filled in the form in march so probably they will answer in July.

Please can you confirm where the bill was raised - was it from a UK
company showing a UK VAT registration number?
Did the Invoice cite a UK VAT registration number, and did it show VAT
on the face of the invoice?

I live in Europe and bought this computer through my company. I didn’t have to pay VAT by giving my SIRET number.
But compagny was not a UK one but I guess in the Netherlands. They put thoses informations on the website : " Adress data

Update to my story. I got the refunds. One part was returned from german customs ~100 Euros. The other part was returned by Starlabs after I forwarded the letter from german customs where it was stated that only that amount was paid by crossing the border…It took some time…The shipment costs (dhl) were, however, deduced.
