I have no video thumbnails in my qubes no matter how I adjust the settings. In the past someone told me a package to install I believe that fixed the issue, but on this new install I don’t have it.
How do I get video thumbnails back?

Solution =
sudo apt install tumbler tumbler-plugins-extra ffmpegthumbnailer
Restarting the VM then it worked.
So it was ffmpegthumbnailer related.
