i see there is no sys-usb for Qubes 4.1.1.
and while we attach thumb-drive,
the “Qubes Devices” icon, at the top right corner,
indicate that the thumb-drive is attached to dom0,
is it expected ? or maybe wrong configuration ?
since, if not mistaken, attaching external device to dom0 is risky
This means you probably didn’t create sys-usb on install, possibly if you use a USB keyboard as the option is not available. There are instructions on how to create a USB qube but it is a fairly simple process
You might want to stop attaching anything else to dom0 before considering to create sys-usb
