No sys-usb createable + no qubes yubikey

why can’t sys-usb be created with sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm-sys-usb?

and why isn’t yubikey installable in dom0

Maybe because you’re using USB keyboard and have only one USB controller:

no USB keyboard and two different controller

Did you mistyped when you posted here or did you try this command?
The command should be this:
sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.sys-usb
Also what error do you get when you run it?

I did an update manually and I typed qvm.sys-usb now it worked
