No notification about low battery

Hey,
After update to last 4.3-rc2 I don’t receive any notifications about battery status, low or full charge.
Another notifications work well, in Power manager notifications are on.

There is any config file related to battery notifications that I should check?

sudo qubes-dom0-update --action=reinstall upower
