My whonix workstation-17-DVM is not working. When I try to open whonix workstation-17-DVM, the shutdown message appears and the window does not appear. I don’t know why only whonix workstation-17-DVM doesn’t work. AnnonWhonix and FedoraDVM work without any problems. It works slow overall, but the other Qubes still work. Also, after launching Qubes as information that may be relevant, we updated Whonix and other such things. Also, I don’t know if it relates to the question, but when I start Qubes I get the following message: I’ve never seen a message like this before. Qube Status: sys-firewall : Qube sys-firewall has failed to start: Cannot connect to qrexec agent for 60 seconds, see [/var/log/xen/guest-sys-firewall.log] for deathils.
When you write :
… do you mean actually trying to launch the dvm? or do you try to launch something (Tor browser, or a terminal) in a disposable based on whonix-workstation-17-dvm?

Thank you for your reply Actually I did both. However, the disposable based on whonix-workstation-17-dvm does not have a disposable notation in the window, and the default-DVM does have a disposable notation in the window. Therefore, if you don’t have a notation, it has failed to disposable, and I thought the correct answer would be to boot from the DVM. I might have made a big mistake. Is it wrong to boot from a DVM? Also, for the disposable based on whonix-workstation-17-dvm, I set the QubeType to disposable, the template to whonix-workstation-17-dvm, and the network to sys-whonix, but is this enough to disposable? I’ve never used DVM much before so I’m not familiar with it.
