Is it wise to use Qubes OS if it is a not listed in the documentation?

If your hardware is not listed in HCL it doesn’t mean that Qubes OS won’t work on it. It just means that nobody tried and reported this hardware’s compatibility with Qubes.
You can try to install Qubes OS on your hardware and it could work.
