Everytime I plug in and try to use my external mouse. I see the input permission dialog twice. I am not sure why but this is a potential security problem as it conditions users to just click OK multiple times.
Any idea why that happens?
Had it happen to me too turns out it was the keyboard that was causing it. Dont ask me how i cant explain, but when i changed keyboard it was gone!
You’re right. Its actually the keyboard and the mouse. I usually plug in both at the same time using a dock. However It still shows “InputMouse” which makes no sense
Keyboard is automatically accepted, unless specified in installation. This problem was solved when i changed the keyboard. As for if it is a sec vulnerability, no i dont think so. What the problem could be is it could misrecognize the mouse/keyboard as 3 devices and throw 2 confirmations maybe i dont know.

This is the result of your current RPC policies. Take a look at Qubes Global Config app, there is a USB Devices tab.
