New "general admin, security & privacy" category?

I’d like to float an idea I had a couple of times in the last weeks: an “off-topic” kind of subcategory to “general discussion”. Sometimes interesting discussions start of being Qubes relevant but then branch of into areas that might be considered off-topic. There are different approaches to this, like when @deeplow introduced With a normal mailing list, that’s how you have to handle these situations, otherwise the quality of the list will suffer.
