Nope. Mouse, keyboard, and webcam are USB. Furthermore, IOMMU is not
properly working with Linux. Even if you try to install without sys-usb
and without sys-net, then you are able to boot, but if you try to
create the sys-net cube the system freezes (hard shutdown needed
(holding the power button down until the laptop switches off).
For Qubes OS (I refer to version 4.0.3) to run properly you need to get
yourselves a 2-3 year old laptop, with a quad-core, and 16GB RAM
minimum. And make sure that keyboard and mouse are not connected via
internal USB.
