This would be awesome, I can help you shaping it into a Community Guide if you want
How did you flip the HAP bit on such a recent device? Does me_cleaner still work on these or is there some other software?
No. You must use tips from WinRaid forum to modify firmware files
if anyone got some time to end my work i will send my notes to apply all modyfication to Intel ME and Meteor GPU. I create it for 4.3 Qubes. 4.2 have too old fedora

Yeah, please send this over. I was able to finally get stuff working with Strongtz and 4.3 RC2 but I still had some issues with the sys-usb being unable to start when the Thunderbolt 4 controller is attached.
Could you please describe your modifications regarding power-consumption in sleep state? My E16 Gen3 with Intel 255H drains around 5% per hour while sleeping :-/
Anything new about using NPU of the current Intels CPUs, i.e. 255H?
Maybe not the right place to ask, but did you manage to permanently assign some efficiency and/or low power cores to suitable qubes like sys-net, sys-usb, etc…?
What kernel you use ? What you got in C states ?
