Kali Linux HVM Network issue (disconnecting)

Hello, I have created a Kali Linux HVM that the network will not work. I have followed the official Qubes documentation on manually setting up the network by setting the IP, Netmask. Gateway, DNS servers from the Kali Qube settings. The network icon just spins it seems to have a connection while spinning, it stops and says disconnected I have searched the Qubes forum and read several treads.
I am using Qubes 4.2.4 .
Any help is appreciated.

No internet in standaloneVM

No internet connection through sys-vpn, sys-firewall, sys-whonix, or sys-net. I tried manually entering the IP, mask, gateway, and DNS from sys-vpn and sys-firewall settings - connection was established, but there was no internet. I am using a Wi-Fi USB adapter. Internet issue is only in standaloneVM - I tried installing Ubuntu and Arch. I know about templates, but I need linux on standaloneVM as well. I couldn’t find a solution to the problem. Please help

I had an old standalone with linux mint: No connection with the sys-vpn. I setup with firewall, I get the connection then, i setup with the sys-vpn as NetVm and keep the connection but after reboot, i lost connection again.
I never used Kali. When you are talking about “Kali Linux HVM” you are talking about a Standalone right?

Yes, it is Standalone. Using sys-firewall nor sys-vpn has worked same results…

I read over and even tried the fixes in that post you brought to my attention, it did not resolve my issues. My Kali HVM will connect while the network icon is spinning for approximately 2 ot 3 minutes I can ping , use a browser will connect to a site, then network disconnect.
