Issues with install by ISO on Standalone/Template

I use qubes 4.2.1 until several months…several Linux tested ( antiX, Q4os, Trisquel and even windows7) Globally I find this version good, but SSD //or NVMe 256 GB minimum ( better 500 GB) necessary for good working., and 48 GB RAM 's ( the best 64 or 128), installed on stallone qubes …by ISO ; good exchange …with Solene on this subject.

I have done new…with USB key , installation on NVMe 500 GB.( 4.2.2)
I tested during several days qubes os 4.2. 2 version.Fedora 40 installed, debian new version , also, Internet connexion OK, But:
-impossible to install applications ( also by terminal in templates), impossible
-ISO installations impossible
I hope the future version wille be better. Thank you , team of developpers.

can you describe all the steps you did when trying to install software? (this include which qube, which template, which commands etc…)

Qubes OS installation or a qube installation? What was the error?
