Is this an automatic backup?

I will use this:

I create /etc/qubes/backup/myprofile.conf

include:
  - work
destination_vm: sys-usb
destination_path: /media/my-backup-disk
passphrase_text: "My$Very!@Strong23Passphrase"

When is the backup performed? Do I still have to create a cronjob?
