Is there a way to change the template of a standaloneVM?

I made a wine qube for my windows apps, but now its template is obsolete/outdated. Is there a way to change it? Or clone the contents and programs of the qube into another VM?

You can update Debian and Fedora in-place, but there’s no way to transfer to another template.

In regular AppVMs, the template root filesystem is used fresh each time the qube is booted, but standalones clone the template once and use that each time, completely separate from the template.
