Could you please be more specific about your question? Screen recording videos? Video capture from external source? Webcam video capture?

I want to reocrd videos with voice on dom0 by showing the whole functionning of Qubes OS ! besides using a video capture card just using obs for example in dom0

Installing OBS or similar video recorder directly in dom0 is not recommended (but it is a possible).
