Is dom0 affected by vulnerabilities in xorg?

Hello,

i noticed that dom0 uses a outdated fedora version that does not get any further updates and there were recent memory vulnerabilities in xorg. Are they exploitable from a VM to dom0 or is this prevented by the gui virtualization?

My understanding is that qubes don’t have access to Xorg in dom0 and that they communicate to a Qubes-specific and limited protocol.
