Let’s get to the bottom of this - how can I control my own computer using Intel ME? Why does Qubes support mostly Intel Computers (which have ME)

I have a noob question. Everywhere stay the intel processors have backdoor, why support than Qubes OS mostly intel processors?

Also, there are very few community-recommended computers at the moment. If you remove all with Intel ME, you will have even less, and they all would be quite old.
Also, Intel ME cannot be removed indeed, but at least it is disabled in Librem 14 and can be disabled in NovaCustom.
