Yes, the probability is low, but it’s not impossible and it should be up to user to decide whatever to disregard it or not.

Obviously I did not say that. You can mention what you will. But you
should provide context and evidence for some wilder claims. It benefits
no one to have their understanding of these things muddied by
speculation. Intels’ history is wild enough without that.
