Installer not booting on HP Omnibook X Flip NGAI 16-as0023dx [Intel Core Ultra 7/Lunar Lake]

The installer doesn’t start and Qubes doesn’t boot up with a “missing inst.stage2 or inst.repo boot parameters on the kernel cmdline. Please specify that you have specified inst.stage2 or inst.repo” error.

It also showed a “Tile0: GT1: GSC proxy component not found” error.

I’m already pretty well-versed in Linux but am new to Qubes.

My setup is:

HP Omnibook X Flip NGAI 16-as0023dx
Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2/Lunar Lake)
16GB LPDDR5X
1TB NVMe SSD

Would appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

A quick question:

I assume you are booting from a USB-stick: How did you create it?

Some methods are known to cause issues .. :-/
