This is my first time installing Qubes. I don’t know too much about this but after install and restarting I get this.

I don’t have an answer for you, but I’m sure someone in here will help you get your Qubes installation on track (stick with it, it’s worth it).
In the mean time try search around with your errors in the forum, there are lots of good posts in here.
Immediately I found these two which seem to be a similar issue, read through them and see if you can find a solution there:

Well thank you for posting back. I turned it off and turned on and it booted to what looks like grub. I’ll be trying it out. I do hope it’s worth it. It sounds interesting from what I shortly read. Ty
