Input/Output error during write on /dev/sda

Hi, i tried to install Qubes 4.1 on a brand new Nitropad T430 /w Coreboot and a 512GB SSD. After the initial Configurations and on starting the Installation i get the Error Message: “Input/Output error during write on /dev/sda”. I also tried to install the 4.0.4 Version, but got the same error.

How can i fix this? What causes this?

Very often, this indicates some issue with the storage device
Depending on what device it is, it could be faulty cables, a faulty
port, a damaged drive, etc.
Without more information it’s hard to advise.
