I3 Tiling Manager - Can't Log Out

How do I log out of Qubes after using i3 window manager?

Here is what I am trying:

  1. Window + D
  2. Type “Log Out”

Result:

  • Error modal shows: [dom0] Error “Could not get owner name ‘org.xcfe.SessionManager’: no such name”

Has anyone else run into this?

I figured it out:

  1. Window + D
  2. i3-msg exit

Is there a better way?
