Is there anybody can help me
It looks like your computer has only 6Gb memory. I think this can work, but I never tried so little. Maybe other people here can confirm?
First thing first…
Did you use the “Test media and Install” option of grub?
Did you see the % value increase to 100% during the test? It is very important.
If that is OK, the next questions:
Does your computer video/graphics card have different outputs? Sometimes, the driver does not select the one where the monitor is connected. Can you try the other output?
Are you using the original Intel HD2000 graphics, with VGA and DP outputs?
What version of Qubes iso do you have? Is it the latest 4.2.4 ?
When Grub displays, do you see some numbered choices? These are “grub menu items”. You can use the arrow keys to choose one. Is there a grub menu item named : Troubleshooting - verbose boot and install? Watch it start, or use a video recorder, and look for the last messages before the screen goes black. What are they ? It is better to type them here, because some people cannot see photos.
There is also a “kernel latest” - it may be better. Try it, to see if it changes the behaviour.
Maybe it is necessary to add some options to the configuration of the grub entry. After you use the arrow keys to choose a line, you can use the ‘e’ key (or the Tab key) to modify it the detailed boot instructions - there are several lines. Use up and down to find a line, left and right arrows to move inside the line. There is a description here for how to do it, but it is not useful to add qubes.skip_autostart…
Sometimes it is enough to add “nomodeset” to the end of the line which begins “module2 vmlinuz”.
It is not clear what is the problem, so be ready for many questions…
