I formated usb qubes - Recovery?

Hello everyone I accidentally formatted the usb memory where the qube is installed… Is there any way to recover my data in usb stick

Could you please give us more details? What do you mean by “usb memory”?
Did you install Qubes OS on a USB stick and then formatted it, or did you write the Qubes .iso to the USB stick and then formatted it? Or something else?
