I can't download software on whonix

Hellow All.
I can’t download software from whonix. I asked the same question on this forum before. At that time, it turned out that it was because KickSecure was not installed, so I opened the Qube terminal with the following command and put the software into whonixQube.

{qvm-console-dispvm whonixQube }

Now, when you enter that command, you will see a disposable Qube with {Sh} written on it, not the Qube’s terminal. The screen is not a black screen typical of terminals, but a white background, and commands may or may not be able to be typed, but even if you type a command such as apt install software, you will only see a list of usernames, passwords, and other characters.
This is the first time I have experienced such symptoms. What should I do?
If anyone has information that can solve it, it would be very helpful if you could let me know.

You need to log in as root in the console.
Or you can just run this command in dom0 terminal to open a root terminal:

qvm-run -u root vm-name xfce4-terminal

I also typed in that code. There were other candidate codes, so I typed them in a few times, but they didn’t work. But maybe it didn’t work with a simple spelling mistake. I’ll try again. Thank you.

You were right. I was able to do it. I haven’t actually installed it yet, but the terminal has opened. It seems to have been a simple spelling mistake. I checked it twice, so I thought there was no spelling mistake. I’m ashamed. Thanks for the advice.
