HP Printer/Scanner on Qubes 4.3 Not Working

HP Printer/Scanner on Qubes 4.3 Not Working, I have setup a separate QubeVM and called it Printer based on Deb13-xfce template.
I went to SETTINGS and applied CUPS but still no action nor options for printing or scanning?
