How can I update TorBrowser for all whonix qubes at once?
It’s a pain to update each qube every time.

If you update (it in) whonix-ws-16 template, then restarting “all whonix qubes” would get updated Tor Browser. Of course, you have to shutdown template first.
If this doen’t help, then you’d have to describe in more details your issue.
