How to stress/heavy-load sys-* qubes?

Hi,

What would be the proper way to generate high load on sys-* qubes for the purpose of determining maximum required resources (RAM, vcpus, other)?

I guess for sys-firewall I could hping3 it and watch top but I have no clue about sys-net, sys-whonix or sys-usb.

How would you do this?

I guess you mean “meaningful stress/load” :thinking:
Because you can stress the **** out of any machine with sysbench … but not in a meaninful way in the context of sys-usb for example.

Yes. In the context of qube’s specific purpose.
