I would like to rate limit window creation.
It’s possible for a VM to make the GUI unusable by rapidly creating many windows, which prevents me from using the Qubes Manager to kill the VM. I did this by accident when alt-tabbing away from tuxracer.
Is there a way to rate limit window creation?
Maybe Dom0 windows should always be on top?
