How can I now remove the files automatically created by QubesOS 4.2.4 from the hard drive so that I can access it normally again?

I have just completely reinstalled QubesOS 4.3 on my first hard drive.
Now I would really like to know how I can access my second hard drive, which is completely full of data.
This second hard drive is 93% full.
How can I now remove the files automatically created by QubesOS 4.2.4 from the hard drive so that I can access it normally again?

Is it a filesystem directly there or is there some luks or lvm?

Which files? The files of the os you just installed?

Which hard drive? What do you mean by “normally”?

Is it a directly available file system, or is LUKS or LVM involved?

  • I’m not very familiar with this, it should only be LVM.

Which files? The files from the operating system you just installed?

No, they are files from my doctoral thesis.

Which hard drive? What do you mean by “normally”?

It’s the second hard drive in the notebook.

By “normally,” I mean that I can continue working on my doctoral thesis as usual.
