That was the goal of the external community documentation
project, and should have carried across to the Forum. It hasnt.
It’s incumbent on Forum maintainers to submit PRs to add good guides to
the external documentation index.
Some of the guides should be part of the official documentation: when
they are transferred then they should be archived or moved to some new
area. Most of the guides aren’t suitable for this treatment, and I am
not aware of any moderation of them.
