HDMI display no input from intel graphics

Hdmi external monitor is not recognized (No video input). I am running a fresh install of release 4.1.2 on a Novacustom NV41 (certified HW) and also tried to run dom update.

xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 1920 x 1080, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 1920 x 1080
default connected 1920x1080+0+0 0mm x 0mm
   1920x1080 77.00*

If you opted to buy the one with NVIDIA, that is expected.
If not, iā€™d try to create xrandr profile via cvt 1920 1080 60 for the diagnosis start.

solved:
The hdmi screen got recognized during a restart with the screen attached after the dom update. There is a minor glitch while prompting for the enryption password, but other than that it works.

Great!. It would be a good idea to mark your post as an answer so it could help other users too.
