I love this project and thoroughly enjoy using this OS 
. This laptop is actually working surprisingly well! I was using a Librem 14, but it had a charge/battery issue which I believe to have nothing to do with QubesOS. Anyway, this was a backup machine I had, and I thought that I would submit some data to try to help out / contribute!
The only annoying thing that I can identify is that the error sound is very loud, and I cannot seem to modify it, but I’m also not THAT smart 
e.g. hitting the Backspace key in an empty Terminal Emulator window.

P.S. I am very willing to share the .cpio.gz file, but I would rather share it with the appropriate parties rather than public distribution
