How to unhalt a halted Qube? using qvm or with a gui
Do you mean a paused or shutdown qube? In both cases, you can do it in the Qube Manager (run it by right clicking on the Qubes Widget).
when I check the state using a qvm command, it says “halted”
Start it by any means.
