It doesn’t happen in chrome only in firefox and thunar when in floating mode probably other applications too
I don’t know if this is a Qubes bug or not, I noticed that the popups only appear behind the floating windows after switching focus, I don’t know what else to do in order to gain more information in regards to this problem. Help would very much be appreciated
