on template qubes and dom0 some options are greyed out on the qube manager, for example applications and networking
how would I recreate this on qubes I have created?
I want to grey out options such as networking to prevent mistakes
AFAIK you can’t, but if you try to add networking to a TemplateVM you’ll get a warning anyway.
If you’re so worried, set the default netvm to none:
qubes-prefs default_netvm ''
This way you’ll have to actively select a netvm for vms that require it.
