The fix for the issue #9011 for DNS leakage is merged.

On DNS Encryption, we could continue the work from Issue #3782:

The Whonix project leader has collected all related issues and discussions in one of the comments. I will study them.

Thanks for the feedback.

I still think using vmaps is more optimal (less instructions) for the nftables virtual machine than separate rules. You can test with nft --debug=netlink.
